About us: 

YNA Victoria provides nursing, midwifery, careworker & support service staff to private clients, community & in-home programs, government agencies, hospitals, health & aged care facilities throughout Melbourne.

We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and detailed oriented individual to join our team in South Melbourne. The role requires flexibility to work between 35 shifts per week.  Shifts are rostered for 8 hours between 4:45 AM & 11:00 PM, seven days a week. You will be working exclusively onsite from our office in South Melbourne.

About the Role: 

Our Allocation Consultants are required to communicate with our on-hire staff & our clients to deliver the best service possible.

Typical Day:

  • Booking staff into suitable shifts
  • Accurate data input into YNA system
  • Taking client requests professionally & efficiently
  • Processing client bookings, monitoring shift changes & updating staff availability
  • Maintaining communication with staff & clients & problem solving, as required

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong computer & admin skills
  • Ability to follow structured procedures & high attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task, work in a fast paced environment, think laterally & problem solve
  • Outstanding communication skills – verbal & written
  • Friendly, vibrant & outgoing team player
  • Focus & desire to continuously improve
