About the Role
Personal Care Workers at YNA deliver exceptional care and professionalism backed by an experienced team. You’ll have the opportunity to work in a range of residential aged care facilities across multiple locations in regional SA, demonstrating your passion for delivering high-quality care to all clients in aged care facilities. You will be accountable for the provision of safe, holistic nursing care, applying excellent clinical practice and ensuring a safe environment. Your communication skills will need to be clear & effective to meet the needs of our clients. We’ll back you every step of the way and always consider your preferences to get the best experience as an agency team member.

What you will bring to the role
- Cert III or Cert IV in Aged Care / Individual Support
- Strong communication skills
- 6 months paid experience in residential aged care
- Current Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC) or willingness to obtain.
- Full Australian licence and reliable car
- Full working rights
