Your Nursing Agency (YNA) NSW is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our growing Sydney metro workforce supporting public and private hospitals.
YNA currently provides nurses to NSW Health hospitals across Sydney, with consistent agency shifts available each week. At the same time, we are continuing to expand our private hospital and day clinic workforce as we grow partnerships with new healthcare providers across the region.

NSW Health Hospital Incentives
Additional incentives are available for nurses who choose YNA as their agency for NSW Health hospital shifts, including:
- A first shift sign-on bonus when completing your first NSW Health shift through YNA
- An additional hourly top-up plus superannuation, paid weekly by YNA
Getting Started Incentives
YNA will reimburse the cost of key employment certifications once a number of shifts are completed, including:
- CPR (Basic Life Support)
- First Aid
- Manual Handling
- Mask Fit Testing
- NDIS Check
- NSW Working with Children Check

What you’ll need
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 12 months full-time post-registration experience
- Recent acute clinical experience
- Current National Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
- NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
If you do not currently hold all required clearances or certifications, YNA can assist you to obtain them.
