Your Nursing Agency is an established national agency supplying quality health & support staff to hospital & health care facilities & to direct clients in the community. We are seeking another team member to support operations in our busy Cairns office.

With a great work ethic & excellent customer service skills, you will be joining a dynamic, supportive & growing team. The role will involve interacting directly with both clients & healthcare staff.
The successful applicant will work closely with the local Manager, as an integral part of the administrative support team. You will provide recruitment, allocations & administrative support to all operational activities. It is important to have a confident ‘people person’ attitude to build a rapport with a diverse range of people nationally.
This role involves:
- Providing administration support to the local team
- Answer calls & handle enquiries or direct to appropriate person
- Supporting recruitment & allocation operations; locally & nationally, including coordinating pre-employment checks, credentialling & ongoing compliance checks
- Managing & reviewing filing & office systems to ensure compliance
- Entering data in YNA’s Online System to the highest levels of quality, accuracy, currency, whilst maintaining privacy
- Contributing to the enhancement of relationships across the YNA Group, client administrative & support staff, industry organisations & government agencies, subcontractors, suppliers & providers.
TO APPLY
To be the successful applicant, you will need to demonstrate:
- At least two years experience in admin role
- Exceptional communication skills; written & verbal
- Availability for full-time hours
- Data entry & typing with speed, accuracy & strong attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills especially in Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- High energy & enthusiasm & be a team player
- Ability to multi-task, work autonomously & stay organised
- A positive & professional approach to work & clients
Remuneration will be negotiated with the successful applicant based on skills, experience & the industry award. Prior experience in recruitment will be highly advantageous. The role will commence casually with the potential for a permanent position.
You will be required to hold a current Police Clearance, NDIS Worker Screener clearance & undergo Reference Checks as part of the recruitment process.
