Key Requirements:
• Certificate III: Must have a Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support, Community Services, or
similar.
• Experience: A minimum of six months paid experience in supporting individuals with disabilities.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Empathy: A genuine sense of empathy and compassion for individuals with disabilities is a must.

Your Role:
As a Disability Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to
individuals with disabilities. Your duties may include assisting with daily activities, personal care, mobility,
medication management, and offering companionship and emotional support.
