Key Requirements:

• Certificate III: Must have a Certificate III in Personal Care, Aged Care, Community, or Individual Support.

• Experience: A minimum of six months paid experience working in residential aged care.

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

• Empathy: A genuine sense of empathy and compassion for the elderly is a must.

Your Role:

As a Personal Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to older Australians living in residential aged care facilities. Your duties will include assisting with daily activities, personal hygiene and supporting a multi-disciplinary team.
