Job Description
We have a full-time position for an experienced Recruiter to join our team. This role will require you to engage professionally & efficiently with applicants, staff and colleagues.
Your tasks will include:
- End to end recruitment of healthcare professionals for a range of settings
- Being first point of contact for all inbound calls
- Undertaking outbound calls to applicants and existing staff
- Coordinating activities to attract applicants
This role is ideally suited to those with strong customer service experience with demonstrated experience in healthcare recruitment. Qualifications in nursing or related healthcare field would be advantageous.
About you:
Successful candidates will demonstrate:
- A “can-do” attitude with a positive & professional approach
- At least 1 years’ experience in recruitment
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- High level time management skills & the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding computer skills especially in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Attention to detail & accuracy with data entry, whilst maintaining & protecting confidentiality
