The Australian College of Nursing Foundation is offering scholarships to complete the Leader’s Mindset Series 3 course.
The online course is a great opportunity for aspiring leaders ready to embark on a leadership career.
The Leader’s Mindset Series 3 course includes five modules:
- Leading with Purpose: draws from the power of purpose to unlock discretionary effort.
- The Whole Leader: focuses on helping leaders prioritise their own health and well-being.
- Leading in Change: focuses on change that ultimately succeeds by empowering nurse leaders to lead both on a personal and professional level.
- Innovator’s Toolkit: a practical toolkit that equips you with knowledge on how to think about innovation in different ways.
- Insight into Action: focuses on how to use tools to ask better questions, analyse data, successfully unlock actionable insight, communicate the insight, and drive results.
Eligibility
All Australian College of Nursing members that have maintained membership for a minimum of 12 months are eligible to apply.
