Alpha Nursing is a panel provider to the Health Department of WA.  We are actively recruiting for a Practice Nurse. Must be a Registered Nurse that has a minimum of 2+ years working in a Doctor’s clinic/rooms in Perth, Western Australia.

About the role:

As a RN Practice Nurse in the Alpha Nursing team, you’ll have the opportunity to work in a clinic with daytime hours assisting doctors in a medical practice setting. Applicants must have Australian work rights.

Requirements: 

• Current Resume
• AHPRA Practising Certificate
• Must be proficient in using Best Practice (clinical software)
• Advanced wound care/dressings skills
• Immunisation certificate to provide immunisations to kids
• Have experience with cleaning dirty instruments and sterilising them
• Stocking of doctors rooms
• Support doctors with skin procedures including setup and cleanup after the procedures
• Support doctors with mirena and implanon insertions
• Care plans
• Health assessments
• Menopause assessments
• Evidence of all current competencies (theory & practical), including Manual Handling, CPR, WAV & PPE
• Current Police Clearance or CRS Card
• Current Working with Children Check (WA)
