Job Description
Public & Private Hospitals | Metro & Regional NSW | Flexible Shifts & Placements | Incentives Available
Looking for flexibility, variety, and consistent nursing shifts that fit around your lifestyle?
YNA NSW is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our growing workforce supporting public hospitals, private hospitals, day surgeries, and healthcare services across metropolitan and regional New South Wales.
As an established and trusted healthcare staffing provider, YNA partners with a broad network of healthcare organisations including NSW Health facilities and leading private healthcare providers across NSW. We understand the onboarding, compliance, and clinical standards required across different healthcare settings and work closely with our nurses to make the process straightforward and efficient.
With a high volume of agency shifts and placements available every week across metro and regional NSW, there are consistent opportunities available for nurses seeking flexible work, regular bookings, or short-term placements.
Whether you’re looking for ad-hoc agency shifts, consistent weekly bookings, block bookings, or short-term placements, our team works hard to match opportunities that align with your clinical experience, availability, and preferred locations.
If you can confidently step into fast-paced clinical environments including medical/surgical wards, emergency departments, perioperative services, mental health, recovery, day procedures, or specialty units; we’d love to hear from you.
