Female Preferred Client
YNA is seeking compassionate and experienced Qualified Support Workers to provide essential care for a female NDIS participant with complex, high-intensity needs. This is an exceptional opportunity to work one-on-one with a client requiring 24-hour care, 7 days a week, and to make a real difference in her quality of life and independence.
About the Client:
· Female NDIS participant living with a traumatic brain injury
· Limited speech and cognitive capacity
· Requires enteral (PEG) feeding, catheter management, and medication administration
· Needs daily assistance and encouragement to maintain independence
· Training is provided for PEG feeding and ongoing clinical care tasks
What We’re Looking For
· Experienced in high-intensity disability or complex care settings
· Qualified Support Workers
· Confident in PEG feeding
· Able to administer medications (must hold appropriate certification)
· Strong communication and teamwork skills
· Dependable, flexible, and committed to client wellbeing

What you will bring to the role
· First aid and CPR
· Immunisation history statement
· Manual handling
· Strong verbal & written communication skills
· NDIS clearance
· Working with children clearance
· Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC).
